4-3-3 Attack in FC Mobile
A back four, a number 10, a lone striker. Width comes from the wingers. The attack version of the 4-3-3 is its own entry in Manager Mode, with its own positions. The game tags it Attacking, Recommended.
The 11 positions
- Goalkeeper (GK)
- Left back (LB)
- 2 x Centre-back (CB)
- Right back (RB)
- 2 x Central midfielder (CM)
- Attacking midfielder (CAM)
- Left winger (LW)
- Striker (ST)
- Right winger (RW)
What 4-3-3 Attack is good at
- A number 10 links midfield to attack and gives the striker or the front pair a passing option.
- Wingers hold the touchline and stretch the opposing back line, so the centre of the pitch opens up for runs.
- One striker keeps the rest of the team compact and gives the midfield a clear target to feed.
- A striker flanked by two wingers is the classic front three: cut in from the wings or cross for the middle.
- A flat back four of two centre-backs and two full-backs is the standard defensive block and suits an offside trap.
Where it is weak
- No holding midfielder: only two centre-backs sit in front of the keeper, so a quick through ball splits them.
- A lone striker is easy to double-mark, and an isolated number 9 can switch the attack off.

Build Up

| Positioning | Free | wingers or several number 10s can roam into gaps |
Offence
| Setting | Value | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Passing Tendency | 1 | three central midfielders: go direct rather than recycle |
| Cross Tendency | 2 | one target in the box |
| Shooting Tendency | 2 | shoot when the lane is clear |
| Positioning | Free | runners find gaps |
Defence
| Setting | Value | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Pressure | 3 | high pressing suits an attacking shape, but only if your forwards have the stamina |
| Width | 1 | stay compact and force play wide |
| Aggression | 2 | raise to 3 only if the back line wins tackles |
| Back Line | Offside Trap | a flat back four can hold a high line if the centre-backs are quick; otherwise switch to Cover |
