4-1-2-1-2 Narrow in FC Mobile
A back four, one holding midfielder, a number 10, two up front. Narrow: the full-backs give all the width. The narrow version of the 4-1-2-1-2 is its own entry in Manager Mode, with its own positions. The game tags it Defensive, Center.

What 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow is good at
- One holding midfielder gives a clear anchor to recycle possession and cover for forward-running full-backs.
- A number 10 links midfield to attack and gives the striker or the front pair a passing option.
- Two strikers occupy both centre-backs: one can hold the ball while the other runs in behind.
- A flat back four of two centre-backs and two full-backs is the standard defensive block and suits an offside trap.
Where it is weak
- With no wingers, wide midfielders or wing-backs, all the width has to come from the full-backs, who need the pace and stamina to cover the whole flank.
